Terms & Conditions

Last updated 6 July 2026 · Applies to Advanced Wellness Ltd (company number 17100614), trading as vFlow. The terms governing your bookings, treatment and use of our services.

01Who we are

Advanced Wellness Ltd (company number 17100614), trading as vFlow, provides IV wellness treatments through our clinic and partner gym and sports centre locations across the UK. In these terms, "we", "us" and "vFlow" mean Advanced Wellness Ltd, and "you" means the person booking or receiving a treatment.

02Accepting these terms

By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving a treatment from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with something here, please raise it with us before booking, or don't proceed with treatment.

03Who can use our services

Our treatments are for adults aged 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age. We reserve the right to decline treatment to anyone where our clinician assesses, on clinical grounds, that treatment isn't appropriate — including where you haven't disclosed accurate health information, or where a screening reveals a contraindication.

04The service we provide

vFlow provides intravenous administration of fluids, vitamins, minerals and related formulations, assessed and prescribed by a registered independent prescriber and administered by a trained, registered healthcare professional. This is a clinical procedure, not a lifestyle treatment handed out without assessment — every client is individually screened before anything is prepared.

Our services are intended to support hydration, wellbeing and recovery. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any underlying medical condition. If you have a specific health concern, please see your GP or an appropriate specialist.

05Booking & consultation

Every first appointment includes a full health screening with a registered prescriber, and returning clients complete a shorter check-in at each visit. We may ask you to complete a health questionnaire before your appointment. Treatment will only proceed once our prescriber is satisfied it's appropriate for you.

06Pricing & payment

Prices for our treatments are shown on our website or confirmed at the point of booking, and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by card, contactless, or digital wallet at the time of your appointment, or in advance where you book online. We reserve the right to change our prices, but any change won't affect a booking you've already confirmed and paid for.

07Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less notice than this may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment price (equivalent to the deposit taken at the time of booking), to cover the clinician time reserved for you. We'll always confirm the specific policy that applies at the time you book.

We may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment — for example, if our clinician assesses on the day that treatment isn't appropriate, or due to circumstances outside our control. Where we cancel, you won't be charged, and we'll help you rebook as soon as possible.

08Your right to cancel

If you book online or by phone, this is generally treated as a "distance contract" under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which normally gives you a 14-day cooling-off period. However, contracts for health services provided by a health professional to assess, maintain or restore health are treated differently under these regulations, and once a treatment has been carried out with your express consent and full knowledge that you’re giving up your cancellation right, that right typically no longer applies to the service already provided.

Whether the health-service exemption applies cleanly to a wellness-framed IV treatment (rather than a strictly medical one) is a genuinely nuanced point under UK consumer law. We'd recommend having a solicitor confirm the exact wording of this clause, and how you obtain and record clients' express consent to start treatment within any cooling-off window, before this goes live.

09Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate, complete information about your health, medications and any relevant conditions at every screening — this is the main way we keep you safe.
  • Tell us immediately if anything changes between booking and your appointment.
  • If you're a competitive athlete subject to anti-doping testing, tell us, and check your own governing body's rules on IV treatments before booking.
  • Follow any aftercare guidance given by your clinician.
  • Arrive in good time, and let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

11Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited or excluded, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from inaccurate health information you've given us. We carry medical malpractice and public liability insurance appropriate to our services.

12Complaints

If you're unhappy with any part of your experience, please contact us using the details below and we'll investigate promptly and fairly. We take every complaint seriously, and any related to clinical care are reviewed as part of our clinical governance process.

13Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, and the vFlow name and branding — belongs to Advanced Wellness Ltd or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
