Terms governing your use of the vFLOW platform and reservation request services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the vFlow platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Nature of Services
vFLOW provides a reservation and operations platform for IV wellness support services. All services are wellness support services only and are not medical treatments. Services are subject to suitability assessment and may be declined.
Booking and Confirmation
A public reservation request is not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after our team contacts you, agrees the final date and time, and reservation-level payment is recorded. Confirmation does not guarantee treatment. Treatment may be declined at any stage following screening, consent and suitability review.
Reservation Payments
Payment is requested after our team confirms your appointment details with you. Pay-on-arrival is not available for public reservation requests unless vFLOW introduces a separate written policy later.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may affect refund eligibility for reservation payments already made. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.
Health Disclosure
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications and contraindications during health screening. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your safety and may result in treatment being declined.
Limitation of Liability
vFLOW and Advanced Wellness Ltd are not liable for any adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow post-treatment guidance, or use of services contrary to practitioner advice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
