Safeguarding

Safeguarding Policy

vFlow is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all customers, staff and practitioners.

In an emergency: Call 999 immediately. vFlow is not an emergency medical service. If you are concerned about someone's immediate safety, contact emergency services.

Our Commitment

vFlow and Advanced Wellness Group are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all individuals who use our services. We take all safeguarding concerns seriously and have procedures in place to respond appropriately.

Safeguarding in Bookings

Our health screening process includes questions designed to identify potential safeguarding concerns. Practitioners are trained to recognise and respond to safeguarding indicators during appointments.

Raising a Safeguarding Concern

If you have a safeguarding concern about yourself or someone else, please contact us at safeguarding@advancedwellness.co.uk. In an emergency, always call 999 first.

Vulnerable Adults

We take particular care with vulnerable adults. Treatment may be declined or deferred where safeguarding concerns are identified. We work within applicable UK safeguarding frameworks.

Staff Training

All practitioners and staff receive safeguarding training appropriate to their role. Safeguarding is reviewed as part of our ongoing clinical governance.
