02Cookies we use
Under UK PECR rules a cookie policy has to list what a site actually sets, not just describe categories. The table below is the specific list for this website.

We do not set any advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertising networks.
03Consent & control
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we ask for your consent before setting any cookie that isn't strictly necessary. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Analytics stay switched off unless you accept.You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent we switch analytics storage back off and delete the Google Analytics cookies already stored in your browser.
04Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use, rather than by us directly — for example, analytics or booking-system providers. These third parties may use cookies according to their own privacy policies, which we'd encourage you to review if you want more detail.
05Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you see, delete, or block cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how our site works, particularly the booking flow. You can find instructions for common browsers through their help pages (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all publish these).

If we add a new tool that sets cookies — including on booking tablets or kiosk software at partner locations — this table is updated before it goes live. An inaccurate cookie policy is itself a compliance issue.
