Your practitioner completes final checks and consent before anything is prepared. If treatment is not suitable for you, your deposit is refunded in full.

How much do I pay when I book?
You pay a deposit online to secure your appointment. The exact deposit and remaining balance are shown before you pay, and the balance is due on the day after your suitability check.
What happens if I am not suitable for treatment?
Every treatment is subject to a clinical suitability check on the day. If our clinician decides a treatment is not right for you, your deposit is refunded in full.
Can I cancel or rearrange my appointment?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least the notice period shown when you book and in your confirmation email. Cancellations or no-shows with less notice may mean the deposit is kept to cover the clinician time reserved for you. See our terms for details.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. You can add more than one person to a booking. Everyone is screened and checked for suitability before their treatment.
Is there a free consultation?
Yes. You can request a free consultation with no payment. Our team will contact you to talk through your options and confirm availability.
Who can book a treatment?
Our treatments are for adults aged 18 or over. You will need to give accurate health information so our clinical team can assess your suitability.
